Per Mertesacker would welcome Julian Draxler to Arsenal

Recenly in the German press there is speculation that Arsenal are hugely interested in signing German sensation from Schalke. His fellow country man Per Mertesacker would welcome him to Arsenal Football Club. 

"He is a great talent," Mertesacker told the London Evening Standard. "He has already made a big impact at Schalke and in the German national team, despite his young age. "

"He would be very welcome here. I'm excited to see what happens."
